Delegations from Seoul and Pyongyang will sit down for talks today on connecting and modernizing highways between the two Koreas.<br /> The talks will begin at 10AM -- in three hours from now -- at the Tongil-gak building located on the North Korean side of the border village of Panmunjom.<br />South Korea has a three-member delegation led by Vice Minister for Transport, Kim Jeong-ryeol .<br />North Korea is also sending a three-member delegation, led by its vice minister for environmental protection, Pak Yong-ho .<br />The South Korean delegation is to leave from Seoul's Office for Inter-Korean Dialogue soon. <br />
