According to Reuters, stocks on Wall Street stumbled after an early morning rally.<br />According to Kate Warne, an investment strategist with Edward Jones, investors are concerned by the Trump administration again over trade war rhetoric and policy.<br />Warne added that traders were investing with clarity in the morning, but that shifted by the afternoon.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up almost 200-points, before ending the day down 107-points. <br />
