Despite the tournament being held almost 2,000 kilometres away, this farm in Devon has thought of a way to bring the World Cup to the west country – pig racing. <br /><br />Pennywell farm, in Buckfastleigh, organised the porcine race to determine the real winner of the tournament in Russia.<br /><br />Adorable pigs represent some of the biggest teams in the competition, including England's own Marcus Rasherford, Paul Hogba for France, and Thiago Swillva for Brazil.<br /><br />Owner Chris Murray writes: "We couldn’t resist hamming things up a bit and taking on a football theme for our miniature pig racing. <br /><br />“The visitors love it and the pigs are happy as hogs in mud.<br /><br />"So far Paul Hogba for France and England’s Marcus Rasherford have been the outstanding pigs.” <br /><br />The race will take place every day at 2:30pm during the tournament.
