This disabled dog seemed to have a great time playing on Ocean Beach in San Diego thanks to a special wheelchair.<br /><br />The footage shows the dog with the wheelchair attached to its back chasing a woman and interacting with other dogs at the beach. <br /><br />The clip was filmed on June 23.
