<p>An 84-year-old rabbi was among six people reportedl arrested during a protest against Immigration and Custom Enforcement in Philadelphia on Friday, June 29.</p><p>Video from Councilwoman Helen Gym shows the moment Rabbi Arthur Waskow was gently placed in handcuffs, helped from a seat and then lead to a police van. He and five others were issued citations for failure to disperse and were later released, Philly.com reported</a>. They were accused of blocking the door to an ICE facility.</p><p>This wasn’t the first arrest for Waskow, who founded the Jewish Renewal movement and has been a political activist since the 1960s.
