South Korea is starting renovations of the joint liaison office with North Korea at the inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex.<br /> Starting today,.... a team of 26 South Koreans is to visit the complex everyday to renovate the buildings.<br />South Korean officials completed the pre-work for renovation in June -- they've drained the flooded buildings... and checked the electricity network.<br />Seoul and Pyongyang agreed to establish a joint liaison office at the Kaesong Industrial Complex at their high-level talks a month ago.<br />It will enable immediate person-to-person contact between the resident representatives of the two Koreas. <br />
