A multi million Kina power project in the Hube LLG, of Finschhafen district in Morobe Province is awaiting funds to complete its final stage of feasibility studies before it is launched.<br />In a letter by PNG Power Ltd dated October 4 20-16 directed to landowner company Kuwec Q Power Ltd, PPL asked that a further feasibility study be completed before the actual development of the project.<br />Kuwec Q Power Ltd was asked to source funding through a Public Private Partnership; once secured they can apply for the Power Purchase Agreement with PNG Power.
