Do try this recipe and share your feedback with us. <br /><br />Ingredients for soup:<br />1 Potato, diced<br />1 Onion, chopped<br />1 Garlic clove, cut into half<br />2 Cups Water<br />Salt to taste<br />200 grams Broccoli Florets<br />White sauce<br />Few strands of cheese, garnish<br />Broccoli Florets, garnish<br /><br />Ingredients for White sauce:<br />1 Cup MIlk<br />1 tbsp Corn Flour<br />1 tsp Butter<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a vessel add potato, onion, garlic, water, salt, and boil them for 10 minutes.<br />Add broccoli, give it a stir and add water if required.<br />Close the lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.<br />After 5 minutes check if the vegetables are cooked, switch off the flame.<br />Take down the vessel and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.<br />With the help of a hand blender blend the vegetables into a smooth puree.<br />Mix the broccoli stock with the white sauce.<br />Mix well and bring it to a boil.<br />Taste the soup and adjust the salt if required.<br />Our broccoli soup is ready to plate.<br />Garnish it with some few starnds of cheese, broccoli and garlic infused olive oil.<br /><br />Method for White sauce:<br />In a sauce pan add milk, corn flour, butter, and then turn on the flame. Keep stirring it continuiously.<br />Once the milk starts thickening, continuing stirring for 2 minutes and then turn off the flame.<br />
