Freediver Jules Casey captured footage of thousands of spider crabs, which could be seen stacking in layers across the ocean floor off Port Phillip, Victoria.

She said the layers were three or four crabs deep. When a commenter asked if fishermen could capitalise on the crabs, Casey said “there’s no meat on these crabs and they taste like mud apparently, so not good for eating”.
