Made with moong dal, breadcrumbs, spices this is definitely the dish you would love to munch on a rainy day!<br /><br />Do try this recipe and share your feedback with us in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Sprouted Moong bean<br />Mint Leaves<br />4 tsp Breadcrumbs<br />Coriander Leaves<br />2 Green Chillies, finely chopped<br />1 tbsp Ginger, grated<br />1 tsp Garlic, smashed<br />Salt to taste<br />Red Chilli Powder (as per your taste)<br />1/2 tsp Cumin powder<br />1/2 tsp Coriander powder<br />Lemon juice<br />Breadcrumbs for coating<br />Oil for frying<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Add sprouted moong, mint leaves, and grind them coarse.<br />Move it into a bowl and add breadcrumbs, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix well.<br />Add lemon juice to the mixture at the end.<br />Make small tikkis of the mixture and coat it with breadcrumbs.<br />Heat oil in a pan, and fry the kebabs in it.<br />Cook them on low flame on both sides.<br />Once they're done frying, take them out on a plate.<br />
