Watch: "Tasty Roast Beef and Cheddar at Corner Bakery Cafe in Center City" <br />https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e277v5My94g<br /><br />-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-<br /><br />I'm back in New York and in 4K no less, where I'm having a tasty 4K-worthy Classic Burger at Salvation Burger on E 51st Street.<br /><br />While it's $17 and change for 2 patties, special sauce, pickles, and cheese on a bun, but man, its worth it.<br /><br />Especially since it was my birthday.<br /><br />Like all the burgers served here, the Classic's ingredients are all made in house - the beef is butchered here, as are the buns, the special sauce, and even the cheese.<br /><br />Tejal Rao's review for Bloomberg said it best:<br />"This is not the sort of burger that disappears in a minute or two. It's the kind you must work at slowly and messily, the kind you daydream about later, when you’re supposed to be doing other things.
