This strange case of ultra-localised rain was filmed in northern China's Jilin Province last Saturday (June 30).<br /><br />In the clip, captured in Tonghua City, the localised rainstorm can be seen moving from one side to another side rapidly, above a river.<br /><br />A man can be heard saying: "Ah! The rain is coming. You can see it clearly."
