<p>Trucks delivered water to people displaced to rudimentary camps in al-Rafeed, a town on the Syrian border with Israel in al-Quneitra province, on July 2.</p><p>In this footage, water trucks, including those from the Syrian Civil Defense, deliver water to people in al-Rafeed, who say there is a severe shortage of water, food and basic supplies.</p><p>A man described as a refugee from Daraa calls on anyone who can help, including Arabs or international organizations, to supply water for the displaced people.</p><p>Other footage</a> shows tents built out of basic materials.</p><p>On July 2, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said</a>, an estimated 271,800 individuals have been displaced from the Daraa and Quneitra governorates since June 17.
