At least one person has died and more than 50 people are missing after a tourist boat capsized in rough seas near Thailand's southern island of Phuket.<br /> The Phoenix was carrying around 90 passengers when it was hit by high waves caused by a vicious storm on Thursday. <br />Strong winds and heavy were continuing as rescuers tried to search for the missing passengers.<br />Two other boats capsized near in the same areas, but there were no casualties. <br />
