<p>A police officer in Marysville, Washington, fulfilled his civic duties on July 4th when he saved a US flag that was knocked off its pole by wind.</p><p>Marysville resident Ben Rieman shared CCTV footage of local police officer Dave Negron walking up Rieman’s driveway, rolling up the knocked over flag and placing it on his porch.</p><p>According to the Marysville Police Department,</a> Negron has only been with the department for over a year.</p><p>A clip of the incident shared by local media had earned over 96,000 views at the time of writing.
