North Korea has reportedly built additional cooling system at its Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Center.<br />The U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North says recent commercial satellite imagery shows Pyongyang has finished work on the secondary cooling system for the five megawatt reactor.<br />The website also says operational testing may have begun as early as late March. <br />Two additional buildings appear to have been built as well.<br />It's not clear what they are for,.. but 38 North speculates that they could be used to host VIP visitors or foreigners. <br />
