Sepang MP Mohamed Hanipa Maidin collapsed midway through Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's monthly speech to the civil service at the Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya today. <br /><br />Hanipa, who is the deputy minister in the Prime Minister’s Department for legal affairs, was standing at the edge of the stage with a lineup of ministers prior to fainting.<br /><br />Mahathir briefly paused his speech while the other ministers went to check on Hanipa.
