Umno supreme council member Lokman Noor Adam has now claimed that it would be "a waste of time" to file a suit against MACC chief Shukri Abdull over claims of alleged prejudice in investigations linked to former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak.<br /><br />He was responding to Shukri, who last Saturday reportedly said critics of the ongoing investigations were welcome to lodge police reports or file a civil suit against him.<br /><br />Lokman, as president of the NGO Pemantau Malaysia Baru, had previously lodged a police report against Shukri for lying about the charges against Najib.
