Congratulations are in order!<br /><br />As Justin Bieber has reportedly proposed to Hailey Baldwin. <br /><br />The 24-year-old pop star and Hailey are poised to tie the knot after Justin reportedly proposed at a Bahamas resort, and according to a source close to the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker, it’s something he’s been thinking about doing for some time.<br /><br />According to an eye-witness at the resort: "Everyone was at a restaurant on the property doing salsa dancing when Justin's security told everyone to put their phones away, because something special was about to happen."<br /><br />Which is when Justin then “got down on one knee and asked Hailey to marry him”.<br /><br />The eye-witness added: "Hailey was smiling for ear to ear and said, 'Yes!'
