Ingredients:<br /><br />-Oil 2 tbs<br />-Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 300 gms<br />-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs<br />-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium <br />-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup<br />-Orange bell pepper chopped ½ Cup<br />-Chicken stock ½ Cup or as required <br />-Mustard paste 1 tbs<br />-Soy sauce 1 tbs<br />-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste<br />-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp <br />-Paprika powder 2 tsp<br />Assembling:<br />-Burger buns small 12<br />-Tomato ketchup <br />-Cheddar cheese grated <br />-Cooked chicken mixture<br />-Pickled cucumber slices<br />-Pyaz (Onion) slices<br />-Mozzarella cheese slices 6<br />-Makhan (Butter) melted <br />-Safed til (Sesame seeds)<br /><br />Directions:<br /><br />-In frying pan,add oil,chicken mince and mix well until it changes color.<br />-Add garlic and mix well for 2 minutes.<br />-Add onion,capsicum,orange bell pepper and mix well.<br />-Add chicken stock,mustard paste,soy sauce and mix well.<br />-Add salt,black pepper crushed and paprika powder,mix well and cook on high flame until dries up & set aside.<br />Assembling:<br />-Cut burger buns with the help of the knife.<br />-In baking dish,place burger buns,add tomato ketchup,cheddar cheese,cooked chicken mixture,pickled cucumber,onion slices,mozzarella cheese slices and cover with top buns.<br />-On the top of the buns,apply melted butter and sprinkle sesame seed.<br />-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 5-8 minutes.
