This is the moment a group of fishermen encountered a seal right in front of their boat at New Quay harbour in South Wales.<br /><br />The footage shows the men in the boat looking for baits as the seal waits patiently to be fed just a few inches from the boat.<br /><br />The clip was filmed on July 8.
