Channel24 South Africa revealed that Johnny Depp is being sued.<br />A film crew member says Depp twice punched him on an LA movie set.<br />The crew member then says he was fired when he refused to promise not to sue over the incident.<br />The crew member is location manager Greg "Rocky" Brooks.<br />Brooks says Depp punched him when the production had to stop shooting due to permit restrictions.<br />Brooks said Depp smelled of alcohol and appeared intoxicated as he shouted obscenities. <br />
