Eyewitness Ayon Dasgupta, filmed Lauren Biggers reeling a seven-foot shark into shore and shared the video to YouTube</a>.</p><p>According to local media</a> this was the first shark Biggers had ever caught.</p><p>Sharing images of the catch</a> to her Facebook page, Biggers claimed that she was able to hold the fishing rod for over 30 minutes because of her exercise hobby, CrossFit.</p><p>“Thank God for CrossFit, I’d never have been able to do it!” she wrote in the post.</p><p>The shark was released back into the water, despite Biggers joking on Facebook that she would have loved “a shark taco.” Credit: Ayon Dasgupta via Storyful</p><br />
