Made with mashed potato, beetroot and prepared in a shape of patty your kids will definitely ask for more.<br />Do try it and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For Beetroot mixture<br />1/2 kg Beetroot, boiled, peeled & mashed<br />3 Potatoes, boiled<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />Salt to taste<br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />1 cup Breadcrumbs<br />Juice of 1/2 Lemon<br /><br />For the stuffing<br />1/2 kg Cottage Cheese<br />3-4 Green Chillies, chopped<br />1/2 cup Coriander, chopped<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />For Cutlet:<br />Beetroot mixture<br />Stuffing<br />Chaat Masala<br />Green Chutney<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Beetroot mixture<br />Take beetroot in a plate add potatoes and mash them together.<br />Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, breadcrumbs, mix well.<br />Add lemon juice, mix it again.<br /><br />For the stuffing<br />In a bowl of cottage cheese add green chillies, coriander, salt, mix well.<br />And our stuffing is ready.<br /><br />For Cutlet:<br />Take a fistful of the beetroot mixture and flatten it in your palm.<br />Add a spoonful of cottage cheese stuffing, cover it and flatten it as well.<br />Make more cutlets in a similar way.<br />Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan, coat the cutlets with breadcrumbs and gently fry them on both sides till they are nice and crisp.<br />Remove them on a serving platter, once they are done.<br />Sprinkle some chaat masala on the cutlet and serve it with green chutney.<br />
