Do try this recipe at home and share your feedback with us.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Oil for frying<br />3 Potatoes, boiled<br />Sabudana, soaked<br />1 Cup Peanuts, roasted and ground<br />1 tsp Ginger, grated<br />2 Green Chillies, chopped<br />Coriander leaves, a fistful<br />Salt to taste<br />Cumin powder<br />Curry leaves, chopped<br />Lemon juice<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl mash potato, add sabudana and mix them together.<br />Add peanuts, ginger, green chilli, coriander, salt, cumin powder, curry leaves, mix them well.<br />Add lemon juice and our mixture is ready. <br />Rub some oil on your palm and make small vada of the mixture.<br />Once the oil is hot add the vada to it.<br />Fry the vadas until they turn golden brown.<br />Our crispy Sabudana Vada is ready to eat.
