<p>A brush fire ignited around noon on July 12 in Kamloops, British Columbia, and grew to 60 hectares, or 150 acres, according to local news reports</a> and the BC Wildfire Service.</p><p>The BC Wildfire Service said in a Tweet</a> that there were 49 firefighters, one helicopter, air tankers and investigators at the fire on the Tk’emlups Reserve.</p><p>Residents of the reserve were placed under an evacuation alert on July 12, according to Global News</a>, but no structures have been damaged and no injuries have been reported</a> from the fire.</p><p>The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to CFJC Today</a>.</p><p>Maureen Giasson uploaded videos of the fire to her Facebook page.
