<p>A brush fire sparked</a> in Kamloops, British Columbia, at about noon on July 12 and grew to more than 930 acres</a> within six hours.</p><p>The British Columbia Wildfire Service said in a tweet</a> that 49 firefighters, one helicopter, air tankers were called to tackle the fire on the Tk’emlups Reserve.</p><p>Residents were ordered to evacuate their homes as a result of the fire, according to Global News</a>, but no structures were damaged and no injuries were reported</a>.</p><p>The cause of the fire was under investigation, according to CFJC Today</a>.
