<p>Diana Goldesberry captured a dramatic footage of a dust devil in North Kansas City, Missouri, on Thursday, July 12.</p><p>Goldesberry said she took the footage from the 11th floor of North Kansas City Hospital at around 2 pm on July 12, when she was visiting her mother at the hospital.</p><p>“I sat there and watched it come across that whole dirt area before grabbing my phone,” Goldesberry told Storyful. “I wish I had grabbed it sooner.
