United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says he sees the talks between North Korea and the U.S. on denuclearization as "very good possibilities" that could "lead to a positive solution"... despite the "ups and downs along the way."<br /> In a news conference held Thursday, the UN chief said he sees the denuclearization talks as a complex but essential process for global peace and security... and that all UN bodies, including its nuclear agency, will remain available for assistance.<br />Guterres asked all countries in the region to help facilitate talks so that agreements can be reached on the peaceful denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. <br />
