<p>A flash flood warning was issued</a> in southern Utah on Thursday, July 12, and State Route 13 in Beaver County was closed</a> due to flooding and debris washed onto the road from a burn scar caused by the Black Mountain Fire.</p><p>The floods meant several vehicles were stuck on the highway, Utah Highway Patrol Lieutenant Todd Royce told local reporters</a>.</p><p>The Black Mountain Fire burned</a> 6,000 acres in Beaver County, in west central Utah, in late June and early July.</p><p>This video, shared online on July 12, shows flooding at State Route 130 in Beaver County.
