State Officials Respond to Forest Fire Burning in Upstate New York

<p>Crews from New York, Vermont and Canada were responding to a 300-acre forest fire near Altona Flat Rock in New York’s Clinton County, close to the US-Canada border, that began on July 12 and continued to burn on July 13, according to NBC 5</a>.</p><p>Gov. Andrew Cuomo deployed Forest Rangers on July 12 to assist with the fire.
