More firsts for K-Pop sensation BTS.<br />The seven-member boyband has become the *first artist to receive an official "Million Certification" from Gaon Music Chart for their third album "Love Yourself: Tear." <br /> The group's album has topped the chart with more than 1-point-7-5 million copies sold since its release on May 18th. <br />The Korea Music Content Industry Association,... which collates the Gaon Chart,... implemented a new certification system earlier this year for album sales,... song downloads,.... and online streaming. <br />Albums receive a "Million Certification' when sales top one million copies. <br />The BTS album has also made it onto America's Billboard 200 album chart for eight straight weeks. <br />
