<p>Train stations on the New York subway system were flooded on Tuesday, July 17, after a heavy thunderstorm.</p><p>This video shows a cascade of water hitting the platform at DeKalb Avenue subway station.</p><p>Further flooding was reported at 59th Street station in Midtown; a 1 train stop in Manhattan; and the Longwood Avenue 6 stop in the Bronx, Patch.com reported</a>.</p><p>A spokesman for NYCT Subway wrote</a> on Twitter: “Severe weather is causing flooding in some areas across the system.
