<p>A dust devil hit a festival celebrating the culture of Brittany</a>, collapsing tents, overturning tables and knocking over a woman wearing traditional dress in Landerneau, northwest France, on July 15.</p><p>One attendee told France 3 Bretagne that the stands of about 30 artisans</a> were destroyed, but added that they were lucky as there weren’t large crowds there due to people watching the World Cup elsewhere.
