Yes, Seochogu-district saw the high soaring to 35.5 degrees Celsius yesterday, and it's forecast to be as hot or hotter today. <br /><br /> Heat wave alerts have been issued for five consecutive days in Seoul,... while it's been more than a week for southern provinces. <br /><br /> And the cruel heatwave boiling the nation shows no sign of easing up. Next week,... Seoul will see highs hovering around 35 to 36 degrees. Scorching heat is taking a toll on thousands of farm animals as well. <br /><br /> What's more, the hottest areas in Korea, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and the city of Daegu will have another day with high levels of ultrafine dust. <br /><br /> For a closer look at today's temperatures, Seoul and Daejeon are waking up to a low of 24 degrees. <br /><br /> Intense sunshine and high humidity will make it feel hotter than the actual temperatures, Seoul will get up to 34 degrees, Gwangju 36.
