Make this authentic Maharashtrian Special recipe in the simple, quick and easy method at your home and share your experience with us in the comments below. <br />Enjoy this delicious Amboli and watch 31 Divas movie on Friday the 20 of July 2018 at a theatre near you!<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />For Batter<br />2 cups Superfine Semolina<br />1 cup Maida<br />Curd<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />Topping:<br />1 Onion, finely chopped<br />1 Tomato, finely chopped<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />Salt<br />Red Chilli powder<br />Oil<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a bowl add semolina, maida, curd and bring it to the desired consistency. See to it that there are no lumps formed.<br />Add salt to the batter, mix it and keep it aside.<br />Heat a pan, add a ladle full of batter and spread it circular.<br />Sprinkle some onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder on the amboli.<br />Press all the ingredients on the amboli with the help of a spatula.<br />Spread oil on all sides of the amboli.<br />Once its done, flip it over , spread some more oil on the pan.<br />Cook the amboli on high flame.<br />Our Amboli is ready.
