Opposition leader Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says Pakatan Harapan shouldn't have made promises they wouldn't be able to keep. <br /><br />Previously, Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad told parliament that Harapan has started implementing two promises out of 10, while six were in the pipeline and two have yet to start.
