Lim Guan Eng's role as finance minister has been reduced to a mere bookkeeper in Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's cabinet, according to MCA deputy president Wee Ka Siong.<br /><br />The Ayer Hitam MP told the Dewan Rakyat today that the finance minister's powers have been diluted.
