According to Reuters, the Trump administration proposed a rule to scale back rebates between drug manufacturers and insurers and pharmacy benefits managers.<br />The Office of Management and Budget published the proposal of their website.<br />The Department of Health and Human Services reportedly prepared the rule for the administration.<br />But details have not been made public yet, and the OMB site only refers to removing safe harbor protection for rebates from an existing law. <br />
