Dozens of forest fires are raging across Sweden as far north as the Arctic Circle, forcing nearly 100 people were to evacuate their homes, emergency officials said.<br />Sweden has been struggling to cope as unusually hot, dry conditions fuel more forest fires than the emergency services can handle. <br />
