In the wake of several Hong Kong radio stations' reporting that 1MDB-linked businessperson Low Taek Jho has been arrested, Inspector-General of Police Ahmad Fuzi Harun today said that the police are unable to confirm if the arrest was made.<br /><br />Low, whose last known location was in Macau is wanted by the Malaysian authorities for assistance into ongoing probes into the scandals surrounding 1MDB.<br /><br />Previously, a spokesperson for Low said that the billionaire is willing to offer his cooperation to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
