According to Reuters, Baltimore has filed a lawsuit against oil and gas companies for contributing to climate change.<br />The suit was filed against BP, Chevron, and, Exxon Mobil, and other entities.<br />Filed in the Baltimore Circuit Court, the suit argues that oil and gas companies knowingly contributed to rising sea levels by burning fossil fuels.<br />The suit adds those companies should be liable for property damage, economic injuries and impacts to public health associated with climate change. <br />
