Do share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients: <br />4 tbsp Oil<br />2-3 Bay leaves<br />7-8 Black Peppercorns<br />2 Onions, finely chopped<br />1 Tomato, sliced<br />Salt to taste<br />1/2 kg Chicken<br />1 cup Masala<br />1 tbsp Biryani Masala<br />1/4 kg Kolam Rice<br />Fried Onions<br />Coriander Leaves<br /><br />For Paste<br />Ginger <br />Garlic<br />Coriander<br />Green Chilli<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a vessel heat oil, add bay leaves, black peppercorns, onions, tomato, salt.<br />Saute the onion and tomatoes, close the lid and wait for 2 minutes.<br />Add chicken, paste, biryani paste, mix well.<br />Close the lid and wait till the chicken cooks.<br />Add rice to the chicken and mix well.<br />Spead fried onions and some coriander leaves.<br />Close the lid and wait for 5 minutes.<br />Switch off the flame and take it out on a plate.<br />Our Chicken Pulao is ready.<br /><br />For Paste<br />Grind Ginger, garlic and coriander and make a fine paste.<br /><br />Our easy Chicken Pulao is ready to serve.<br />
