<p>Police are seeking a white-haired man who is distributing sexually explicit letters and making disturbing phone calls to women in the Coburg, Torquay and Essendon areas of Melbourne.</p><p>They released footage on July 22, showing the man walking around Airport West.</p><p>It’s alleged</a> that the man sent the letters to businesses from January 2018 onward and has made inappropriate phone calls from pay phones.
