Civic groups from the two Koreas are to join forces to bring back from Japan... the remains of Koreans forced to work under Japan's colonial rule in early 1900s.<br /> South Korean members of Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation met with their North Korean members in Pyongyang last week... and signed an agreement to this end.<br />It's believed there are remains of nearly two-thousand Koreans in Japan.<br />The delegation that visited Pyongyang told reporters on Sunday that the North Korean members were very proactive in keeping and implementing the inter-Korean Panmunjom Declaration.<br />They also hoped they could have conservative South Korean lawmakers participate in expanding inter-Korean civilian exchanges.<br />But, according to the South Korean delegation,... the North Koreans also said Seoul should be more proactive in expanding cooperation with Pyongyang despite international sanctions. <br />
