This dashcam footage shows why passengers should look before opening car doors in traffic - as a motorcycle come hurtling down and smashes into the vehicle.<br /><br />The taxi in the footage had just arrived at a set of traffic lights in Taguig City, Philippines, during rush hour last Wednesday (18/07) morning at 9am.<br /><br />But the passenger decided to leave the car early and flung open the door unaware that a moped rider was approaching. <br /><br />The motorcyclist is seen being clattered by the door and toppling over onto the road, before the young woman emerges from the cab.<br /><br />Onlooker Nicholas Hernandez said the taxi driver was fined after the accident. <br /><br />He added: ''The accident was caught from my dash cam. I feel sorry for the poor taxi driver, he was ticketed due to his passenger’s negligence.''
