There has been public outcry in China after a rabies vaccine maker was found faking production records.<br /> Changsheng Biotechnology is accused of falsifying production data and product inspection records of its rabies vaccine.<br />So far there have been no cases of any harm caused by the vaccine, but the incident has still angered the Chinese government and people. <br /> President Xi Jinping said the illegal activities were shocking, while Premier Li Keqiang urged severe punishment for the people involved, saying the incident had "crossed a moral line."<br />Beijing's Food and Drug Administration has launched an investigation as per the president's orders.<br /> The firm's chairwoman and four other senior executives have been put in to custody and are being questioned. <br />Changsheng Biotechnology has apologized through a statement, saying it will cooperate with the probe. <br />
