The United States is set to hold a public hearing on its proposal to impose a second round of tariffs on Chinese goods.<br /> The U.S. Trade Representative said in a statement that it would hold a two-day hearing on Tuesday and Wednesday, local time, on its proposal to impose tariffs on 16 billion U.S. dollars of Chinese imports....as a response to what it claims are Beijing's unfair trade practices like intellectual property theft.<br />The Trump administration has already imposed tariffs on 34 billion dollars of Chinese goods, and the proposal would raise the total amount to 50 billion dollars. <br />
