PM Narendra Modi was met with loud chants saying “Modi Modi” and “Vande Mataram” in Rwanda’s Kigali as he left the stage after addressing the Indian diaspora gathered there.<br /><br />Rwanda is the first stop on PM Modi’s three-nation tour of Africa. He is later scheduled to visit Uganda and South Africa. In Kigali, Modi announced a new diplomatic mission in Rwanda and a $200 million credit line for the country.<br />Prime Minister Narendra Modi will gift 200 cows in a symbolic gesture to a village in Rwanda, his first stop in a five-day, three-nation tour of Africa which begins Monday.<br /><br /><br />
