Hundreds of people are missing and several are fear dead after a dam collapsed in southeastern Laos causing flash floods across six villages.<br /><br />The footage, captured this afternoon (July 24), shows rescue teams assisting the residents in the town of Sanamxai.<br /><br />The Xepian-Xe Nam Noy hydropower dam collapsed in Attapeu province late on Monday (July 23).
